Pepper Onion Steak
Ingredients

- 1 (20 oz) bag frozen pepper & onion blend
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- salt and pepper to taste
